Refund Policy

Scope of This Policy

This refund policy applies only to our optional paid personalized numerology reports. It does not apply to the free calculator, which does not require a purchase.

The free calculator continues to run in your browser only. If you choose to order a personalized report, you enter a separate paid flow covered by this policy.

30-Day Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date for a paid personalized report.

We review requests manually. This is not an instant self-service refund flow, and refunds are not issued automatically at checkout.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us through our contact page or email hello@numerologycalc.org.

Please include:

• The email address used for the order
• Your approximate purchase date
• A short explanation of the issue or reason for the request

Duplicate Charge

If the same intended purchase was charged more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge in full after confirming the transactions. No preparation fee is deducted from the duplicate amount.

Paid but Not Delivered

If payment succeeded but the purchased report was not delivered, contact us so we can verify the order and resend or complete delivery. If we cannot provide the report, we will refund the purchase in full without deducting a preparation or processing fee.

Technical Failure

If a delivered report or private link is technically unusable, we will first repair, redeliver, or prepare a corrected replacement. If we cannot provide a usable report, we will issue a full refund without deducting a preparation or processing fee.

Dissatisfaction with Delivered Content

If the report was delivered and usable but you are dissatisfied with its content, an approved request is refunded to the original payment method minus:

• A preparation and fulfillment fee equal to 25% of the report price.
• The payment processing fee charged for the original transaction.

For example, on a $36.99 report the preparation fee is about $9.25 before the payment processing fee (amounts vary by report type).

Limits and Exceptions

• This policy does not apply to the free calculator or other non-purchase features.
• We may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, or repeated bad-faith refund claims.
• Chargeback abuse or deliberately false claims may result in support restrictions.

Support First

If your report was delayed, missing, or delivered with a technical problem, please contact us first. In many cases, we can resolve the issue quickly without needing a refund.
